Overall the staff was really helpful and attentive. Our room was well airconditioned, included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge.

We have stayed in this wonderful hotel for 7 nights, everything was perfect, the location was great close to everything. Location: the property was right by city centre, the restaurant, and the center of town. Also, it was just a pleasant stroll away from La Sirena👌
Didn't like the staff, some of them were poorly trained.

The beds were comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning worked really well, which is a must in this hot city. The location was great, very close to the city center and local attractions. I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.
The hotel wasn't up to my expectations. The breakfast menu was very limited, and the dining hall was quite small, which resulted in a noisy atmosphere.

We stayed at a hotel in the city center and it was very new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything.

However, we were informed that the rooms were still being cleaned until 3 PM. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel staff was accommodating and stored our luggage so we could explore the area. Once we finally checked in, we were pleased to find well-maintained and comfortable rooms. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. We were especially impressed with the quick response to a power outage, as the backup generators kicked in within seconds. we had a pleasant stay at Dpravia Hotel Srl and would recommend it to others.

the staff was excellent and went out of their way to assist me in finding local places to eat. They even provided me with complementary bottles of water and snacks. the hotel was conveniently located near multiple shops and restaurants. Not only was the location perfect, but the rooms were also well-maintained and clean.
The hotel's restaurant was closed when I arrived, which was a slight inconvenience because I was hoping to try some local cuisine.
